My Recipes (Arthur B.W. Yong B App Sc JP)

Recent Recipes

Lemon Chicken, Vegetables and Steamed Rice (Home Made Meal)
Ingredients
• 0.5 kg Chicken Leg Fillet Stir Fry Strips
• 2-3 table spoons (tbs) Olive Oil
• 1 clove chopped garlic
• Slices of Red Peppers
• Slices of Green Beans
• Slices of Mushroom
• Slices of Pineapples
• 4 or 5 tsp Lemon Sauce (Any Asian Store)
• 1 tsp Massel Stock Powder Vegetable (No animal content, no added MSG, 99% Fat free, Gluten free, Lactose free)
• 3 or 4 tsp Garlic Chilli Sauce for Chicken (Optional, Any Asian Store)
• 2 tsp Kikkoma Natural Brewed Soy Sauce (Contains absolutely nothing artificial)
• Cook rice in a rice or steam cooker
Wok Action
Heat 3-4 tbs oil in a frying pan or wok large enough for the chicken strips.
Add chicken strips, Massel stock powder, garlic, lemon sauce and soy sauce.
When the chicken strips look cooked, add slices of vegetables (red Peppers, Green beans and mushrooms) and pineapples.
Mix all contents and cook in the pan.
Serve immediately with steamed rice.

Seafood, To Fu, Vegetables and Steamed Rice (Home Made Meal)

Ingredients
• 200 or 300g Seafood: Marinara fresh or frozen pack
• Slices of To Fu
• 2-3 table spoons (tbs) Olive Oil
• 1 clove chopped garlic
• Slices of Red Peppers
• Slices of Snow Peas
• Slices of Mushroom
• Slices of Chinese sausage (optional, Any Asian Store)
• 4 or 5 tsp Oyster Sauce (Lee Kum Kee, Panda Brand, 510 g)
• 1 tsp Massel Stock Powder Vegetable (No animal content, no added MSG, 99% Fat free, Gluten free, Lactose free)
• 2 or 3 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce for Chicken (Optional, Any Asian Store)
• 2 tsp Kikkoma Natural Brewed Soy Sauce (Contains absolutely nothing artificial)
• Cook rice in a rice or steam cooker
Wok Action
Heat 3-4 tbs oil in a frying pan or wok large enough for the seafood.
Add seafood, Massel stock powder and garlic.
When the seafood looks cooked, add To Fu.
Season with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
When the seafood and To Fu look cooked, add slices of vegetables (red peppers, snow peas and mushrooms) and Chinese sausages.
Mix all contents and cook in the pan.
Serve immediately with steamed rice.
